Russia’s Rosneft in $270 billon deal to supply it’s BricPartner China with Oil
2013-06-22 source ownRosneft the Russian state Oil company has just agreed to double its oil supplies over the next 25 years to China in a deal estimated to be worth $ 270 billion. Rosneft will supply 30,000 barrels of Oil a day starting from 2015.
With this deal its further proof that Russia is starting to see Asia as its first choice business Partner and not Europe. At the moment Russia is the world’s 2nd largest exporter of Oil at 4.4 million barrels of oil per day of which Asia currently takes just over 17%, Asia’s share of Russia’s Oil exports will steady increase over the coming years.
