The number of personal US Dollar Billionaires in the world grew in 2012 by 15 %, as of March 2013 there were 1426 Billionaires across the World. There were 212 new billionaires made in 2012 of which 9 came from Brazil. China is 2nd to the US with 122 Billionaires but this increases to 187 if you include Hong Kong and Taiwan this is still less than half of the total US Dollar Billionaires in the US. In total there are 403 Billionaires across the Bric countries which accounts for just over 28% of the world’s Total.
The breakdown by country and in order of rank in the world:-

Brazil 46 6th
S Africa 5 38th
*39 Hong Kong Billionaires and 26 Taiwan Billionaires have been added to China’s total
